| A Little History - Where Did We Come From - Where Are We Going |
Thanking God for his mercy and grace. God has called us into
ministry since we were teenagers, but as teens we think we know
everything and want to do things our own way. We go out and experience
the world the hard way, but God will reel us back to where we really
belong. We both came from leadership backgrounds, both parents were
pastors for many years. We come from the Levite Tribe, which we know
were the leaders in the Old Testament to oversee, shepherd and maintain
the temple of God.
Pastor Tom and I married in 1972. The Lord blessed us with 4 sons
and at the present time we have 5 grandchildren with hopes of more later.
Our ministerial heritage has been passed on to our sons and their wives.
Tommy & Monika, Tim & Bonnie, our youngest Eric, Arthur our oldest,
went to be with the Lord in 1986.

We have worked with various groups, both in English & Spanish, but have maintained our stability
here at El Buen Pastor Church in San Jose, Ca. El Buen Pastor Church incorporated in 1974, under the
direction of our founding Pastors Eliseo & Mary Mendez. Tom became Pastor of El Buen Pastor and
ordained in 1984. As we have workded side by side for many years, yet individually, God has opened many
doors for each of us.
The Ministry has lead us to work in Norther, Southern, and Central California, Arizona, baja California,
Sonora MX, Chiapas MX, and ready and willing to go wherever he opens the door. We have ministered in
many retreats conference, seminars, parks, and street outreaches both in English & Spanish. This year
2007, I (Madaline Molina) have been fully ordained and place in full Pastorship our church: El Buen Pastor.
God has truly blessed the body of Christ at EBP & they are ready & willing to move up to a new level in
Christ. Our goal is to train & equip the body to be "SOUL WINNERS". For the past 5 years, God has taken
me to help the Yaqui, Maya, & Chol Indian in the states of Sonora & Chiapas, Mexico; where we are in the
process of building & planting new missions. Where ever he leads I will follow.
Through out ministry we have seen hundreds come the Lord, many heald & restored by the grace &
mercy of or Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. Our Lord is in the miracle working business, if there is anything
we can do lets us share his word of encouragement, a word of hope, a word of confidence, a word of
assurance, a word that will help lead someone to eternal life. One day it will be all worth it, every tear we
shed, every trial we went through, every burden we carried, every mile we walked. When we see our
Savior face to face.
